Prior to moving to California, I worked as the Digital Content Manager for Worldwide Business Research, a large-scale conference company and one of the world’s leading providers of strategic business intelligence. In this role, I led the content creation for WBR’s professional marketing division, WBR Digital, and I managed the content for a portfolio of corporate events, ranging from hire-to-retire human capital management for the government to lead generation for luxury brands. During this time, I drove the alignment of our messaging and overall strategies, ensuring that the right content was delivered to the right audience at the right time. Through continuous refinement of WBR’s event marketing portfolio, I created an entirely new product offering through sponsored benchmark reports and whitepapers. This practice continued across eight different portfolios, effectively creating, developing, and delivering a new revenue stream of over $1,000,000 in the course of 12 months. Please find some examples of my work below.
Created for Cornerstone OnDemand. I tailored this content to highlight the need for effective workforce planning in the federal sector. Through original research and interviews, I helped Cornerstone reassert its brand as the comprehensive solution for federal agencies’ looking to develop an effective long-term strategy to address turnover in the federal sector.
Written exclusively from my own interviews with leaders of the service industry, including the SVP of Technical Services of Cisco, the Vice President of Global Deployment and Field Services for Dell, and the President & CEO of the FedEx Supply Chain. All quotes and insights throughout this report came from these executives. There’s some of my own “expert” analysis peppered throughout.
When I first relocated to California, I worked as a strategist for a creative marketing and ad agency. One of the most successful campaigns I managed was for Staples.
