Before I joined Emily Grene as their marketing director, the company had no digital marketing plan in place. Their content was dated – the website had not been updated since 2017 and lacked Google Analytics. More importantly, customers were not at the center of Emily Grene’s digital presence, and the company was missing major opportunities to build customer relationships.
Led the complete build of UX interactive wireframes, the UI visual design efforts and presentation to client. In this project, I developed (5) adaptive views for the UX wires, once approved, I then created the UI visuals / PSDs set with smart objects and layer-comps for all web page layouts.
Created for Cornerstone OnDemand. I tailored this content to highlight the need for effective workforce planning in the federal sector. Through original research and interviews, I helped Cornerstone reassert its brand as the comprehensive solution for federal agencies’ looking to develop an effective long-term strategy to address turnover in the federal sector.
